Shouldn't drop Felli! Him and Rodders are working well together.

    I most certainly don't concur.

Felli has done nothing but hinder Rodwells progress.

15 mill that could have been spent at the real Business end 3 years ago that would have seen us challenging the top 4 every season

Felli is better than Rodwell. We could of sold Rodwell and bought a striker and still had the better DM if we wanted to but Moyes didn't. He wanted to keep both of the quality youngsters and Barkley and Geuye and Vellios and all the other decent youngsters we have and long may it continue.

He's been suprisingly quick the few occasions he has actually run flat out, but admittedly they are rare, personally I love him in the DM role, I think he gives us strength and calm we havn't had there in a long time. Perhaps more suited to playing in front of footballing rearguards than Jags and Howard hoofs give us but he's more than worth his place in the team.
Guess it depends like all players on what you look for, you will never look unbiasedly at a player, if he does a great tackle, moves into space and delivers a poor ball, you will either notice the good tackle or the poor pass dependent on what your looking for.
He runs more than anyone else, puts in a lot of decent tackles and will hit someone far more often than not with a pass. something which can't be said for a lot of our players.
Oh yeah and he gets fouled constantly in the opposition penalty area but never wins anything for it.

i think it would be nice to get some stats on him per-game.. i.e.
tackles made ending in winning the ball, giving away a free kick etc..
    passes made/complete,
    interception made,
    tuning play (defense into attack),
harder won from attacking/defending crosses (including dead ball and corners)
    harder from goal kicks for/against.
