    dixie statue has been moved in the park end to prevent graffiti and vandalism. If it's within the parkend carpark then it's on everton's property and they can lock up the gates at night. if it's on walton lane(is that right road??) then any RS b@stard can do what they like to it e.g when they painted it red.http://www.vintagebluekipper.com/dixie/dixie_statue_vandalism.htm
