Unless we get 4points minimum Moyes job must surely be questioned.

last season we had 13 points from 10 games this season we only have 10 and playing poorly.

    Surely something has to change

Actually agree about Benitez, but he wouldn't come to us as he's got too good a relationship with Liverpool.

Jesus milky... I'd rather have the BU clown managing Everton than benitez. Not that he would manage us, he'd stand to lose more in book sales than we'd pay him. Plus it would be clear how **** he is with no cash to spend.

interesting though that you've listed 5 people who would largely be a step in the wrong direction....yesterday you said they'd be ten prem managers up for managing Everton... I dread to think who your next 5 would be!

    Martinez,Mcarthy,Mcleish,Kean,Hodgson would all be interested.

Thats not saying i would want them.

Add managers like Rijkaard,O neill, Mark Hughes

There are plenty of people who would jump at the job.

My list would start with Speed then Lambert

I would be happy if the board announced that they were allowing Moyes to completely overhaul the team and the fans need to back the new squad during this transitional position.

We don't need a new manager we need a new chairman with a couple of billion in the bank.

I didnt think we played badly against Toon on saturday and by all accounts we should have hadd something from the ManU game and should have beat Chelski in the cup. The ref ruined our chances in the derby with a silly decision and the other point i would make is that we havnt had a)the rub of the green so far this season....and b)the ref's have been horrendous in a lot of the games against us.

It's not all doom and gloom, but we need to get a run of 4 or 5 games and pick points up each game to get us believing again.

I concur with this but we ended with nopoints.
2 of our 3 wins have come in injury time after big let offs.

    We simply aren't good enough

not getting a lot of luck or the rub of the green and poor reffing decisions milky, i know we probs still arnt being good enough, but the elements are against us at the moment imo. i see things improving starting with a 3-0 or 3-1 win next game against wolves :)

Its odd but there is reason to expect an upturn in form. Probably best not to mention Manyoo or Arsenal as the 8-2 and 6-1 result probably offer more than enough to say that those two have been inconsistent in a way that is very unusual for those teams.

But if you look at the more reliable stats from this season.

City are top and pretty much absolutely dick everyone in their path thus far, even when they aren't on song they win... top of the league, 5 points clear after 11 games. It took them an awful long time to break us down, they didn't have that many chances and when they did score it was a deflection.

Newcastle are pretty much the form team at home currently and haven't been beaten at home for 8 months. Moyes said we were rubbish. But even then (and granted Newcaslte had a couple of injuries) their manager said Everton might have won, and deserved a draw. Even said we'd have beaten them at Goodison, were denied a clear pen and had the better of the chances during the game and more of them too.

All I'm saying is that the league leaders and the current third placed in form home team in the league currently can both consider themselves lucky to beat us.

I'm saying saying thats worth something. But I am saying it suggest that we'll be heading upwards from here... just as newcastle will be heading downwards.

We have to win our next game, its as simple as that. People will argue that we are playing well but not scoring, but scoring goals wins you games and if you can't score goals you won't get anywhere. I don't know if we will win or not be I think we have to, otherwise the fans will start to lose patience with Moyes. I understand that he doesn't have as much money as other managers but I think we have a good squad, but Moyes is not playing to our strengths.
