To all the "Moyes Out" merchants

Take a look at yourselves and think about it sensibly for a minute.

If you had your way and Moyes left name any manager who would do a better job and would be willing to come to us in our present circumstances.

It's not a long list is it?

I think that the squad we currently have is stale, and I think we need changes. I would prefer Moyes to just get his act together but I can't see him doing that any time soon, can you? I don't just want to see Moyes leave though, I would like to see Kenwright sell the club as well. I don't just want Moyes to be sacked, and I don't think he will.

Moyes needs to sort himself out. He is stale right now. Needs to change tactics, formation and selection. If he dont, he HAS to go!!!

If he had more positive vibes, it would only certainly help the team.

Yes fair comment but we will never know if something doesn't change and as a TRUE BLUE  tell me what he has ACHIEVED that we will be able to look back on in the last few years  and I don't count going out of the Champions league in the first round  because if that is your measure then sadly they have won and our expectations are dismally low
Newcastle are third and they weren't good and we didn't beat them
Yes we had chances but they are gone and no goals to show  history will only show their win not us hitting the post or for that matter them hitting the bar
sadly we are being fed a diet of football that all can see is so limited and predictable it is so easily countered that the great spirit is no longer enough  and average teams are showing Moyes's tactics for what they are ,I am absolutely sure he is a fine man and honest but that is not what we need
I met a guy who worked with him at Preston and I asked him what was he like - his comment was -he wants his players to perform 100 percent every game  ,that is fine if you pick the right ones to start but when we go out and in 5 minutes a blind man can see our tactics may be that isn't good enough

I would like to see a change in ownership because I can't see many managers wanting to come here without any money to spend. Moyes's negative tactics are getting more and more annoying to everyone, and as much as I would like to see a change in the dugout, we need a change in the boardroom just as much.

To the ones who say ,"but who could we get ! he is better than most "then talk to a battered wife  they will say the the same but not really want to be in their position

    What will happen first?

    A. Kenwright to sell the club

    or

    B. Moyes doesn't go out to "not lose a game"

brendan rodgers or paul lambert would jump at the chance im sure , they got linited funds and probably worst squads, but there teams play with at least of an idea of how to pass the ball, and at least they both have a clue about attacking , moyes boring 4-5-1 formation is dead, you got to be able to adapt and move on as a manager and moyes has been found wanting tactically now

I think it obvious which could happen as blue Bill isn't in any mood to sell
It hurts me to post the things I am posting tonight  but I just feel this way
Our best players are now playing **** and the average ones are pitiful, I have supported Osman always but for weeks he has been off form
I am not a manager but I can see it as I can with many others
We all say that we would give everything and die for the shirt  well ,true or not there are some wearing blue now that don't deserve it ,not saying they never did but they don't now and that is the truth
and I am not just against Osman ,I am against anyone who is a blue shirt and doesn't play their hearts out
dont want to list them as on todays performance it would take all night

Problem is he's doing the same that he's always done but it ain't working anymore - He doesn't seem to be able to bring anything else to the table tactically. The layout of the team today was woeful and his substitutions are stomach churning.

He needs to swallow the pill and realise that hes wrong. He seems to stubborn to accept that his 451 just doesn't work anymore. He seems to have no faith in players that are technically gifted, and he certainly has no faith in his youngsters (never has). He's always shown his stubbornness by never making early substitutions when it isnt working. He leaves in till the 80th minute, by which time, no one can get into the game to make an impression. He needs to make more of his changes around the 65th minute.

I just don't know what runs through his minds when he makes some of these decisions.

    Simple questions
What does he do differently now from five years ago ? How do they play now ? Where have we improved ? Are they better to watch ? Should he still be here ? If you were a proud man would you put up with the selling of our best players ? and don't give me the **** about debt ,I read Fulham are in debt to the tune of 98 mill and no one is closing them down
And one last thing what is Round doing does he have no say or is he as daft

Milky posted a fair thread the other day asking has Moyes got one of the safest jobs in football? And TBH he has and it's a problem. Kenwright has to be cruel to kind. He has to tell Moyes that he needs to buck his ideas up because Moyes has got too comfortable and he's not feeling any pressure to urge him to better.

Have you got the faintest idea how hard David Moyes works for Everton , it's a 24 hour a day job for him , he's got the reputation of being the hardest working manager in the League , he leaves nothing to chance , he prepares for every game in detail and we are the fittest team in the league , our habit of scoring late goals very often , proves that , unfortunately when he's FORCED to sell players that are vital to the club and is not giventhe money to replace them his job gets even harder ... yet he still continues to do his best even though it must seem like bashing his head against a brick wall at times . When he sees schoolboy errors from an established highly paid international like Heitinga costing us the game .... after all his preparation he must have felt like cutting his nuts off , I know I did ,
It's far too easy to blame Moyes from behind a computer keyboard , 0.0001% of you actually really know how hard his job is and how much effort he puts into it .
If the rumoured takeover comes off and he's able to assemble a squad similar to the one who got us to the cup final with enough back up to be able to cover for the injuries that cost us a trophy that year , ie Jags , Arteta and Yak , then maybe he'll get some appreciation that he deserves .. not all these stupid threads doubting his abilities ! Isn't it strange that his only critics in football are fom his own so called fans ? .. usually the same ones that ae so far up Kenwrights back passage they can eat his breakfast for him !!!! :(
