Why should moyes leave?

I don't get why everyone is blasting on moyes for him to leave.. Yes his tactics have recently been dodgey but what do you expect with the team we've got its like the connection between the players has just... vanished. Can't brand more than 4 passes together in the opponents half and everyone is saying Moyes out? Don't blame Moyes, blame the players if anything

He needs to feel the pressure of being sacked because he's taking the p|ss at the moment

    --------------------Howard
    Hibbert----Jags--------Distin-------Baines
    Coleman-----Rodwell------Barkley-----Drenthe
    ---------------Saha---------Straq/Vellios/Silva/Baxter

ps - I know Silva and Baxter are on loan, however i think that illustrates my point nicely....

Well in the same instance the players need to feel the pressure of being dropped but that's not going to happen due to our small squad and untested players

Moyes have to go simply because he`s a madman.

who the hell do you think trains the team picks the tactics picks the team and stands on the touch line and make sure that the team play the way the MANAGER wants them too.

well he can stop playing players out of position, nevilles not a centre mid and it showed, he had coleman on the left and hes a right back loooooooooooool, newcastle are a direct strong team upfront and he leaves our strongest defender in the air on the bench , he has barkley , denis , billy on bench and brings on a player who hasnt kicked a ball for nearly a year. we showed no urgency the second half, his half time team talk must of been inspiring NOT.

He dropped him for Mustafi because he's trying to reply to the fans demand of attack.

hes even thinking of giving stubbs a game in place of saha, he may even be tempted to put himself in for cahill

Would you really want to see billy come off the bench with 10 minutes to go? No. Barkley is only 17 and doesnt have the experience to change a game to score a goal, thats just stupid. Dennis hasn't really done anything to achieve a sniff at the grass on the pitch... and with Saha's performances it doesn't look positive and also a professional footballer should have the ability to play out of position regardless of who they are

Are you taking the pi$$!! His tactics have not changed in friggin years, other teams know how we are gonna play before the game has started because he never changes it. The formation has been the same for years, so like my other sentance, teams KNOW how to play against us. His team selection and substitutions are highly questionable, and his ingame decisions, subs/change of formation (what change??!!)/tactics etc are either useless or come way too late. He is a one trick pony! Either he changes all the above quickly or the fans will be calling for his head. Only a matter of time. HE HAS TO CHANGE THIS ****!! He has to look at himself as a manager and think, for once, that its him not the team. Our team is strong enough to be beating Newcastle. Yes the players have to look at themselves, but for an example. We started with Drenthe on left Seamus on the right. All was fine. Then for some reason he swapped them. Drenthe did ok, but Seamus was aweful. Kept passing to the opposition, and cutting back on his right foot. Terrible decision by Moyes and didnt change it for about 40 minutes!!! Seamus looked total W.ANK out on the left. within 10 minutes of swapping them, Moyes should have put them back to where they started. Thats only a small portion of what went wrong today. Neville???? $hite!!! Why he continues to play him, Ossie ill never know. We have better players on the bench!!! Time for a shake up at Everton, both manager and team passion. Ive lost faith in Moyes.

so he brings on a player whos not kicked a ball for a long time, sorry barkley or denis much better options , no denis hasnt done anything, ohhhhh wait 1 appearance for 10 minutes vs wigan headed ball on for drenthe to score, not bad 10 minutes football in the prem 1 assist

1-0 down and we take of Neville, bring on Distin and push Heitinga into midfield. We had Cahill on the bench.

No Matter what you hope for is 1 striker (saha) is on the pitch and Cahill is on the pitch then its only going to be them two up front, in all fairness to Moyes Mcfadden did put in a nice ball shame it was just abit to high for anybody to get hold of.
