    True average at best unworkable at reasonable.. damn right farcical at worst.. but we needed something and this was the only option at the time. Viable or not, didn't cost us much really a few mil.. That's a years wage for an average player. Personally I think it was worth investigating and all the transport issues should of been picked up by the project designers.
    The board would of been presented proposals and I would be shocked if any professional outfit took the word of local businessmen that stood to lose money if the ground moved, over qualified and highly paid professionals.....
    Turns out they were right, but how much more farcical would it of been if they didn't listen to the experts and took the word of some locals and it turns out it was fine.
    There was a point when it was 50/50, why would they not of had a go?
