Indian Consortium...

The Cutter now reporting they got it wrong about Finch Farm. They thought an Indian consortium had come over to look at Finch Farm, when in fact it was to explore the concept of a Sports City at Stanley Park.

At the time the consortium came over they didnt know about Everton per se, but heard about our financial plight when they were over.

The deal they are involved in is a "complicated three way property deal". Could involve a sports city with two stadia in the Stanley Park area.

Everton did have a meeting in the last week or two, and it is rumoured we went out to India for further talks.

I am buzzin about this one.

We are getting worse this sounds like the rest of the stuff I have heard constantly for the past 10 years. What a frustrating time to be a blue.

Its getting harder and harder the more grounds that are improved and built around us in the next few years and not to mention the fact that the squad is defitnately getting a little bit older with no chance of buying more players.

    http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Everton-chairman-Bill-Kenwright-could-have-found-money-answers-with-Indian-conglomerate-article824651.html

Probably just gossip taken from twitter and other blues forums..

on the subject of gossip, anyone heard the rumour Moyes and Distin had a row thats why he didn't play, and after the game Fellaini had a bit of a paddy about being MOTM?

Yeah - the cutter are pretty tied into this story and they have no need to be - they're not like the national press that need to sell units off printing sheeite.

The mirror are running this, but that's because they can afford to push rubbish articles in the hope they become true.

Cutter said there was something coming early october. Earliest I know of Jain being mentioned was a coupla days ago.

Tempted to make some calls this week but my mates really do take confidentiality seriously. Good really, but doesnt help me!!!!

There's someone over on GOT called Bluefox who is apparently very well respected for getting info correct. He's said his contact has said there defo been talks, that have gone well, with a group of billionaires, and they are interested in this football quarter scheme as well.

Well, if what I am hearing is right these guys are interesting in growing football in India, they're not the "I wanna own an EPL team" that Venkys are.

Not only are they lookin at growing football in India, but they want a city of football in Liverpool.

    Sounds good to me.
