Leavin Brum at 8.00am I stopped at Keele services on my way up and was delighted to see it had been taken over by toffees.

Stuck a bet on - something to soften the blow if we lost. Fiver on the little mexican to score first at 5 to 1.

Though united had good movement in the first half and made it difficult for us but we had our chances. Bily needs shooting, I'd seriously have Kilbane back rather than see that waste of space in an everton shirt - he started out okay drifting into the middle, however after the fiftieth time when Bainsey got the ball and looked to dink it down the line only for Kill Bil to run into the middle and offer nothing, I was ready to put him out of his misery.

Second half and with Barkley coming on, I think we found our shape a bit more.  We are still lacking in the final third and there isnt a lot of movement - Ossie standing there with his hand in the air waiting for the ball to find him; and when it came Evra beat him in the air. Tolos should have come on sooner.

All in all we deserved something outta the game and if Baines' freekick had gone in I think we'd have won.

Some easier games coming up now. I think we'll do fine. Would like to see a bit of a spark in the middle but I think we'll need to buy that in... January anyone? lets hope.

Wish i'd taken a doughnut to throw and De Gea; and a pie for Rooney....

Linesman on the bullens side shoulda gone to specsavers. He got a bit of abuse....

it was good when the linesman on the goodison road side got injured. I wish they'd put up a screen round him like they do at the grand national when they send for the vet with the bolt gun.

Should of done the same with Sheitinga on Wednesday when he decided to have a lie down because Anelka slightly touched him.

Anyone else notice Evra punching Coleman in the face every time he went past him?
