I am GUTTED that Drenthe is out of the team for saturdays game v Man Utd! He is a brilliant player! Thought he was FANTASTIC last night! Hope Davie Moyes signs him permanetly!

Silly sending off, shame about that though.
I am of the opinion that what took place, especially when I read that the first yellow card was for dissent, is typical of the way officials at Premiership fixtures act in favour of the BIG 4. They witness how certain players on lesser teams could possibly pose a threat against such teams as Man Utd by their ability and enthusiasm in recent games and remove that threat by ensuring having them sent off just before the fixture is played.
I am convinced that all the money in this business called the Premiership League has produced these kinds of scenarios and the English FA, and FIFA for that matter, obviously condone it, the same as they now condone pushing an opponent with both hands off the ball with impunity. Either the officials have a different set of rules, or they now orchestrate games in stead of officiating them.
If the EFA want to endorse fairness and equity into the EPL, then move the BIG 4 to a SuperLeague where they have to contend with teams that are just as wealthy as each other. Having them feed on the minnows who just make up the fixture list season after season is not my idea of the ideals of sportsmanship. ----------------
