October 2011 in paper again going on about his frustration at not being able to compete and its getting harder, and he cant see us pushing for europe, isnt it about time he started to try and boost the teams confidence and morale instead of griping all the time and being as negative about our chances as he is in his tactics, our squad isnt that bad and if we have our best 11 on the park we still got a decent team, just get on with it and start boosting the team instead of making them feel second rate. ok its hard and frustrating same for all of us.
