Nothing less then £40mil IMO. Barkley is 17 and could play for 17 years. If anyone bought him for £20mil they would only be paying slightly over a million for each year (in theory). If a 30 year old Crouch is worth £10mil to Stoke then surely I'm not being unreasonable ask for £40mil for Barkley -
