Long shot but if Robbie Keane signs for LA Galaxy they would have to sell one of the three players who's salaries cause the team to exceed the league's salary cap, the three players being Beckham, Donavan and Juan Pablo Angel so there might be a chance he'd be available?

Don't want him anymore. He would cost too much and Coleman is better.

I'd have him back in a heartbeat, not just because he was good, but because he genuinely enjoyed playing for us, and I think that's what we need, players who want to play for us and who will enjoy playing for us.

I would love to see him play again for EFC. I don't know if it would happen now, but possibly in January.

When Donovan first went back to LA Galaxy everyone was saying we should buy him for £10m-£12m and instead we bought Coleman for £60,000. Good bit of business!

This is on Sky sports rumours.. Btw dont bite me head off, just informing..

    Herman Munster (Everton) says...

Landon Donovan is coming back to Everton, presumably being financed by Yobo and Yak departing. This comes from a US coach who says it is a done deal...keep you eye on Landon's twitter account for the confirmation.

buying landon donavon now would be a poor bit of business,

will be 30 next season and has never played more then 30 games in a season.
38 games PLUS international football would be way too much for him.

he is a good player but thats only because he gets so much rest.

buying a player that will have little/no sell on value in a few years time.

    .

You mean apart from when he played a full season with LA Galaxy, 13 games for us then another season with LA Galaxy and a few games in the world cup
