Worth a try????

We need to start to get positive..Mcfadden???, To be honest it's no more
than another squad player for me, however perhaps he might prove handy
at right midfield as coleman has become a one trick pony out there at
the moment and were creating very little down the right. no one can
doubt that McFadden has ability that never matured, but one thing for
sure is that his passing, vision and crossing ability is better than
colemans and the only thing coleman has offensively is his pace. Moyes
has to look at the bigger picture though, we look tired and uninventive,
no way will Felli want to stay if we continue to park the bus and hope
for a set peice to win a game. Personally i think the following is worth
a try once one or two are match fit.

    ............................Howard..............................

    Nev...........Jags...............Distin..............Baines

    .............Fellaini.........Billy/Rodders........................

    McFadden...........Osman/Barkley........Denthre/Guaye

    ...........................Vellios/Straq...............................

Harsh on Hibbo, who i think has been playing well, but we're missing Pips leadership like crazy and moyes just cant see it. I think Saha needs a strike partner, so unless we're going two up front he's ineffective too often. As said Coleman seems to have lost his supprise factor and just cuts in all the time instead of driving to the line like he used to do - he's become very predictable. Cahill looks lost and i think that someone more skillful and better finisher needs to play behind the striker for now.. As ESPN said before the game on saturday, "you know what you're going to get with everton" that's exactly the problem the teams are wise to us now, so why not give the flair/skillful/younger guys a chance??? we're leaking goals and need more of a threat than just parking the bloody bus!!!!

you took the words right out of me mouth. we need to move up the field as well instead of just being stationary and passing a few yards. midfield players fellaini and rodwell especially need to get up there and support cahill and saha, they need to be further up the field.

    welcome to the blueroom!
let's hope the b@stards here don't try and drive you out though like they are with me!
also would like to say a lot of the regulars will talk about anything but your original comment...hmmm sorry!

so who do we actually have to play right mid then who actuall has a RIGHT foot??? ossie is not a wide player, he's wasted there, and every other option barkley/guaye/denthre all left footers so always having to cut inside!!

for one i would have drenthe ahead of osman on the left its a no brainer, osmans been tried wide for years and not good enough there, play vellios with saha, cahill behind the striker is no longer working, cahills struggling for form and we have no cutting edge upfront, barkleys not a right sided player, but he started there at beginning of season and is a lot better than coleman, coleman is poor.get neville back in for hibbert, hes not great but doesnt always look hopelessly exposed like hibbert does. the defense has been poor give johnny a start jags is totally out of form.
