    The little darling requires a very big operation, which can be performed in America at the cost of £211,000

    This operation must be done before the end of november, we have huge collections and different things going
    on all over the place.

    you will see it is not a con or scam , but a real little girl who needs everybody to help her, time is running out treatment required within weeks to give her a chance of living.
