Looks like he will be going to Celtic of all places! I would not of wanted him back here as I think he has had his chance at Everton, but if he can stay fit he isn't a bad player. How do you think he will do for Celtic?

Same as he did before we bought him, scored loads and looked a world beater, its his level for looking better than everyone else, SPL!!!!............

He tried to beat everyone, but most of the time he made a mess of it. To be fair, he scored some brilliant goals such as the ones against Fulham and Charlton.

One against Charlton was Brazilianesque of the 70 World Cup, but as always, because he did it for us, it was just a good goal. Had it been PELE, they would be showing it and showing it and showing it........

The one against Charlton was absolutely stunning.

I'm really pleased for him if he goes to Celtic. Few would want to pay for him with his injury record, but he'll move back home, play in big games and scored fantastic and important goals again.

Best place for him really, he's just not good enough to be the player he needs to be in the prem. Up there though, he'll be a decent size fish again.

I wouldn't be so hostile about this if it happened, still 28, plenty of pace, it's just where would he fit in the team?

Yes, Stunning goal he scored @Goodison v Charlton. I've said that for years about Superb goals, if Pele or Beckham etc score them, its "Oh WOW/Drool", but if its anyone else its a Fluke or just a Good goal.

He's probably 'matured' and knows next couple of years are his 'Swansong', so we could get the BEST out of him.
