There should be some natural growth, but by playing them, and them playing well they'll keep improving over the seasons. Apparently you can even exceed the natural potential limit by playing them constantly :)
Surprised how low some of ours are though

me too mate, i would have had baxter low to mid 70's to start with, Baines 82, some of the first teamers lower than what they should be too imo
