    Apparently were in talks with him about a return to goodison,i always liked him and although its not a major signing id take him back.
    What are your thoughts?

    he's out of contract and Brum dont want to pay his wages , he'd probably have to take a pay cut to come back here

    exactly crouch is just a lanky mong, but mcfadden is awfull, wernt good enough a few years ago when we had a worse team than we do know so hes certinaly not good enough now

    this is worse than the paddy McCourt one during the week he would be a waste of a wage lucky to get good money

    McFadden had moments of brilliance, but he was very inconsistent. He scored some brilliant goals but I very much doubt he would be a regular starter for us so I would not want him back.

    I think he'd be a decent squad player. I doubt we'd have to pay him too much.

    Yes he would be a good squad player, but I would rather him not come back. I actually liked McFadden though, he just had to be more consistent.

    If it come down to a choice of nobody at all or Jimmy Mac i would take him for 12 months.

    He's scored some great goals for club an' country, no doubt about 'is ability,his consistency is the problem, he used to suffer from homesickness in 'is early days at GP, but so did Sharpie.

    He's older, more mature, more experienced and here's the deal-sealer, we took Pistone back, if he can be re-signed then so can anyone!!!!

    Good on his day and scored the odd memorable goal, mainly for Scotland and we got godd money for him because of that, would be a squad player at best!

    he suffered anterior cruciate ligament damage to his left knee. During a training session as well
