Sorry but. Doesnt anyone else thing this is a real kick in the teeth for Vellios and Strac?
I know its a derby and we need his expereince etc but do you really play an injured player instead of a fully fit one based on experience?......i wouldnt. .

not like cahill is as big a player now than he once was, stupid if you ask me, no need with the likes of vellios/denis on bench, moyes will never play with 2 strikers, he would prefer tony hibbert with one leg upfront than play 2 strikers. negative negative negative.

    Yep I agree.

It's time Moyes put faith in these players.

"You dont know what yer saying", total numbskulls on football, utter numbskulls. How old r u all, need to watch and experience the game of football before giving your uneducated opinions. Football is played on the pitch not on your poster walls, n football comics.......
Whatever you say to my post about you all, i wont be replying coz it isnt worth the effort, it would be too embarrassing.....

For once Cahill put club before country and suffered for it.

Wish he hadn't and we had played Drenthe with ossie behind Saha

before the red card...cahill almost scored a cracking goal.........when he plays in behind a natural striker he's as good as anyone (fully fit or not)......
so anyone questioning his team selection last saturday is wrong........Moyes clearly went for it on saturday with cahill & saha starting......and it was looking good until the ref put his liverpool shirt on.......i'm sure in an ideal world, Moyes was hoping to get 60 mins out of cahill & saha, get a goal or two, and then prehaps give vellios & others their chance.

No one can criticise team selections & tactics last saturday, cos we haven't a clue how the game would have went had rodwell stayed on.

I said i wont be replying to any of the posts, but as its you my Chester belle, well its simple, anyone saying anything against my Timmy, knows nothing about football in my mind. Childish i know but we all have our favourites, remember the days i even had to defend Big Dunc, a legend but had his detractors.......

I didn't say he was done or over the hill.  I just don't believe he should have played whilst carrying an injury out of position whilst we have other players that can play in that position sitting on the bench
