b) he took fellaini out of the game (he was dominating at the time)and had to go off
c) they won that game (if i remember right) so how did it have a detrimental effect on the result and didn't really cost them as wejust couldn't score !!
d) from that moment on they got every 50/50 - even 70/30 decision if i remember rightly again !!!

Pretty similar to what I was saying. Once you slide in like that, you have to get the ball. He didn't! Some in the past have also said Fellaini should have saw red for the incident himself....It's true that his foot did go down on Kyriako's shin....but it was Fellaini trying to protect himself and the Greek was able to walk away without even limping!
