the way football needs to be refereed in the future

we all know what was wrong with yesterday ref wise, no need to go over it all again.
but I think I have the solution for refereeing football games in the future. My idea would only be accessible and affordable for championship, Premier League, Fa cup and league cup games. I don't think it could be possible for the leagues below, until the technology gets cheaper.
So here's the idea. The role of the referee will change and will become a messenger for decision making instead, whilst numerous officials watch the game with a video link from all angles. The idea is that the officials watching the game send a signal to the ref's ear piece, everytime the whistle needs blowing or a decision is to be made. For example,if the ref were to see rodwell's challenge, he does not do anything until he has been given the signal.
if the officials are unsure they should let play continue and  can watch it over again. If they then decide that it was a foul, the message is given to the referee to bring the ball back to where the foul has  been commited, no matter what phase of play or if the other team are on the attack.
If the game is worth so much at the highest level then this technology needs to be introducd otherwise people are going to just lose interest whenever we ( or clubs outside top 5) play a top team. What chance have we got when the ref is awful and the other team has all the money in the world?! Also how can we respect the referees, unless we are sure the decisions are correct? How can we trust the authorities, when to us decisions are frequently against us- there's no doubt about it now, I and many others I've spoken to believe there is corruption within refs and the FA/BPL.
something needs to be done, otherwise it just spoils the game completely :(

I think the issue with that is that quite often people disagree over decisions. So a panel of decision makers could disagree over a decision.

I think there is definitely room for video replays on important decisions; and maybe teams get challenges in exchange for a substitution ie,. if a team wants to challenge a decisions they can do, but if they are wrong they lose one substitution...

Definitely agree that something needs to be done. The grass roots argument just doesnt stack up with the money now involved in the game!

also the idea is that other decisions the ref can't see can be made. if let's say a player is pulling on another player's shirt, or pushing him in the back, the ref can be given the signal and blow to enforce it.

There's 2 problems with anything like this:

    BLATTER & PLATINI

I think every sensible person in football knows we need a change in the system, but as long as they have their own little dictatorships change will not happen. I can imagine that if the FA wanted to go alone on something like this then UEFA would threaten to ban our clubs from European competition, and as soon as the sky 4 protest that, the FA will bend over, lube up and spread 'em
