i would like to start vellios but with it being a derby sahas experiece could outclass vellios's hunger

If everyone’s fit…….i can see Moyes sticking with this line-up

    Howard
    Hibbert ----Jags-----Distin----Baines
    Coleman---Neville---Rodwell---Osman
    Fellaini
    Cahill

Moyes always likes picking Hibbert, Neville & Osman for these games……and he may feel the pace of the game first 70 mins will be too much for Drenthe & Vellios, and certainly too much for Saha……No way does Stracqualursi start this game (i’d be surprised if he’s used at all)....... Billy’s not playing with confidence, which you really need for a derby atmosphere…..Heitinga ain’t gonna be a happy boy….

    I'd like to see:

    ..........................Howard

    Hibbert........Jags........Distin........Baines

    Coleman....Fellaini.....Rodwell.....Drenthe

    ........................Cahill

    .............................Saha

    Subs:
    Mucha
    Neville
    Heitinga
    Bilyaletdinov
    Osman
    Vellios
    Denis

But I fear that would be too attacking for Moyes. Would be nice to give it a go though, while we have all these players fit...

if saha was fit i think Moyes would start him.......but i can't see how he could be match fit, particularily for a game like this......
Drenthe has more of a chance, but i think Moyes might may just hold him back till after this game...he'll def get 30 mins though....
I can see Moyes wanting to keep things tight first half, and get more adventurous in the last 20-30 mins with the likes of Saha, Drenthe & Vellios.
If cahill is injured, will be interesting to see who gets the nod, Vellios or Saha........

Think Saha is fit enough to start as I heard he was side lined due to refusing to play for the reserves.

Thats not to say any of us would expect to see him play 90 mins... and its not like Moyes would stick with his front men for that long in any case.

From what I understand Cahill is fit too, but could be wrong.

oh god no striker again, that would be 3 games on trot starting without a striker, we must be the only team who plays football worldwide who doesnt play a striker in the starting 11

    i would have

    howard
    hibbert
    jags
    disten
    barkley
    felli
    rodwell
    drenthe
    cahill/osman
    vellios

the rs are not that good and wouldnt worry about adams, lucas, and henderson, felli and rodders should do well enough in there and barkley and drenthe add a little bit of skill wide to get at the poor rs defense, and use vellios aerial ability to unsettle there poor centre halves, cahill or osman can drift around linking up the play (would prefer osman for this), i think we got enough wide to keep downing quiet and carrol will be in distens back pocket :-)

Even if Everton knew now that Cahill was out injured, I wouldn't expect any announcement of that untill matchday....keep liverpool guessing....

Warrington Dan. That looks damn good to me. I might change Hibbo for Neville. And if all isnt going according to plan id bring Saha on to replace Vellios with 3o mins remaining

Liking Dans too. Similar to mine but with vellios and saha swapped. And Billy making way on the subs bench for Barkley.

Which I do prefer, as I'd forgotten about barkley.

That said, I can't see Moyes leaving Billy off the team sheet, and I can't see him stating with Vellios either.

Suppose its the same old question on here. What would you ike to see, and what do you predict Moyes will go with!

Have to agree with that. TBH I put the team I'd like to see but with Moyes's tactics recently I don't see Apostolos starting. It'll be Neville in felli's position and Fellaini playing behind Cahill again. Also I don't think he'll start Drenthe he'll play Osman out of position (on the left). I think Osman is limited/ poor out wide I'd rather see him in the centre if he does play.
