If i were Manchini, tomorrow morning in training, i'd get Tevez in a headlock, pull his pants down, and let every other squad member take it in turns to stick there manhood in his backside, and let him know what its like to get f*cked over by your team mates.

With all the top solicitors/lawyers/barristers out there surely someone can put to claim that Tevez is reneging on his contract? Refusing to do a job that he is contracted to do? Named in a 25 man CL squad!
The Bosman rule brought all the power to the players...........any chance the Tevez rule will bring back the power to the clubs?

Well, look at it like this: If he refuses to play the club could withhold his registration and not pay him. They cant force him to play for anyone else, so that's a substantial transfer fee they would lose out on.

In my job, if a member of my team refused a reasonable, legal request (ie play football for tevez), we'd suspend pending investigation, and then probably dismiss as gross misconduct

yes, and Man City could do the same, however nobody you work with is worth £20-40m so it just doesnt work the same...

well i got a feeling theres been some misunderstanding here, tevez had been warming up for a long time and was ready to come on, he sat back down and waited, mancini made substitution taking dzeco off for dejong , he then got someone to tell tevez to warm up and it was this he refused to do, as he had been warming up for a long time, this was interpreted by man cty official wrongly and mancini was left with the impression tevez had refused to go on as sub, when he really just said he wasnt warming up anymore, one thing led to another and hey presto, well still wrong i know but cant see tevez refusing to come on, he has always given 100% to citeh even if not being happy in that shiotehole city, well as punishment i would make him go on loan to everton and still pay his wages, hes a striker so will be on the bench every week and imagine the frustration he would feel watching midfielders playing upfont ahead of him week in week out .

    He'd be Dynamite @Chelsea.

He ought to sign for River Plate or Boca Juniors.
