......Seems to be making an impression in Portugal ......... Would love to know what DM thinks of him?

Not sure what to make of the on-going Striker Crisis at the Club - Why keep playing Cahill as a striker when we he isn't a striker, when we have strikers on the bench........Tim Cahill can never be considered even a half decent striker (If he is then he should be dropped because he's only scored twice this calender year) ...........so what does that say about what Moyes thinks of fellas on the bench?...........a bit undecided ........I do know we will do nowt this year without a least one recognised striker on the pitch..............Do your best fellas I have no doubt that they are do .....but surely without one we are looking at a bleakish season.

He's on loan to get experience because he's still a young lad but if he does well enough we'll give him a go at Everton and if he does too good then someone will buy him from us.

Strikers, ages and contract expiry dates:

    Baxter (19) - (not known)

    Saha (33) - 30/06/2012

    Stracqualurisi (24) - 30/06/2012

    Silva (21) - 30/06/2013

    Vellios (19) - 30/06/2014

    Anichebe (23) - 30/06/2015

From that, its obvious that Moyes is going to persist with Anichebe; and that Vellios is much in our plans. Interesting to see whether he will sell on Silva and Baxter.

Obvious that Saha will be going at the end of the year.

Not too bothered about him being loaned out to be honest. He wouldn't play any games here anyway so he may as well go and get some experience, and maybe he will play for us a little bit in the future.
