    Nahhh, just get like this at times, like ya give everyone all ya can n nothing is coming back. Needed a big hug, got one from someone special to me and i just felt worse, like they did it out of sympathy and not empathy....be right as rain tomorrow probably...

    i have days like that howie, just comes on all of sudden, as soft as this sounds, i could honestly sit down and cry when i feel like that, the day after, feel a bit better, day after that almost back on form, then the 3rd day am back in the land of the living.....i think its called the male time of the month or something
