Thought he did well considering how much was asked of him, seemed the only one capable of holding the ball a little to give us even a glimmer of a chance of starting an attack, nearly scored at the end as well. Good in the defence, one of 4 or 5 players that come away with a lot of credit for me.

I'd of played him defensive mid instead of Neville

lo he looked uninterested to me strolled round aimlessly, hes not a striker, yet we got neville playing in his position lol, he had a few good moments thats about it but hes wasted upfront, he should be in the centre dominating and bullying players like he can do yet hes upfront and we have 3 strikers on the bench

Agreed. I believe he is getting better and better. I think we should build the team around him. But he needs to be played in midfield and not as a defensive midfielder, and not as a forward either. Still think he will be off next summer to either Chelsea, Man U or City.

He is not and never will be an attacking midfielder and when we play him in that advanced position it weakens us both going forward and defensively.
He is 1 of the best holding midfielders in the prem and should be played there every single game.
I wish moyes would just play a striker instead of playing midfielders out of position.
As soon as the opposition see our team sheet they must be delighted to see good players out of position and 0 strikers playing against them!
What does vellios have to do to get a game?
He has played well as a sub surely we could start a match with him rather than just giving him 5 minutes when games are all over or we need to nick a goal.
Moyes biggest fault is he tries to keep clean sheets and sacrifices everything else to try and keep clean sheets-it would be better if he actually tried to get us infront for a change instead of trying to pinch a 1-0 all the time.
if i were a forward i wouldnt sign for everton because u know ur not getting a game!

He's not an attacking midfielder but he won most headers near him and bought the ball down, time and time again, finding a colleague far more often than most others did in their half.

He played quite well today, as did Jags, Distin and Rodwell.

I must have been watching a different game because I thought Fellaini played absolutely awful!

He couldn't make a decent pass or hold onto the ball for more than 5 seconds.

It looked like he wasn't even trying to score!

ARGH! I got up at 5:30 to watch the game and then they lost!

I thought he did alright today, to be fair. He got around the pitch well, held the ball up well, but was poor in the air. His jumping and heading wasn't (and hasn't) been convincing at all.

Why can't you spell Distin!? He has been an Everton player for a couple of years now and you still can't spell his name FFS!
