    Out, he needs a new challenge and we need someone committed to the cause. I don't like listening to a manager say lets see how we finish in the league and how we do in the cup before making a decision. You either have a vision for success or don't.

    He's done a good job, but I would have preferred to finish in the bottom half for the last 11 years but at least pick up 1 trophy. There is a bit of pride about being a competitive team during his spell but he hasn't been able to carve out any success.
