    you can't keep doing the same old predictable nonsense week after week season after season and expect to succeed.  the following (and blatantly obvious) changes MUST be made now:

    *neville and anichebe sold
    *coleman sold (predictable, amature headless chicken)
    *naismith sold
    *holding midfield position belongs to either felliani or gibson - nobody else(no heitinga, no neville etc...)
    *we need a new creative centre midfielder.  osman is old and starting to look average.  maybe barkley could step up but he needs a run of games to prove he is good enough
    *pienaar is finished.  he is sooo predictable.  use him as a back up centre midfielder but keep him away from the wings
    *give oviedo a go on the wings.  he has 2 things that pienaar doesnt - youth and pace
    *buy a new striker/attacking midfielder to support jelavic.  jelavic NEEDS SUPPORT
    *keep felliani as far away from the supporting striker role as humanly possible
    *buy a new right back

    not good enough for everton.  we signed him from sligo rovers that says it all.  he is amature.

    we havent got anyone in the squad worthy of playing in those 2 positions.  hibberts decent but old and isn't exactly what you need if you want success

    And I don't know how moyes cannot motivate his team at home today for this game
