    Last thursday pulled my back, been laid up with it at every opportunity this week, however, back seems to be getting better, but now i have shooting pain from top of my right ar_se cheek right down the back of my right leg, cant do **** all with it, and it HURTS. I dont mind pain so much, so for me to be wanting to moan, it has to hurt.

    I def think its not the aids.....you have any idea?

    its probably because you've been laid up but I'd wait for dr damion to asses you first

    feels like ive done my hamstring Tone, although, i've never actually done it, so i couldnt say what it feels like....just in that sort of region..

    its painful lid,very painful
    can last a lifetime

    Well digs is right sciatica , dont know where he got arthritis from like.

    Anti- inflammatorys , pain killers , light exercise. Yoga.

    Any trouble passing urine or numbness in the feet get to A&E as your sciatic nerve has impinged.

    Well sciatica itself refers to the sciatic nerve, and a nerve, in and of itself, cannot have arthritis. But there is a relationship between sciatica and arthritis.

    Some causes of sciatic are related to arthritis. For example, stenosis, the narrowing of the central canal inside the lumbar spine, disc herniation, the slippage of vertebrae (spondylolisthesis.)

    its like ive got really bad toothache, if that makes sense, proper dull aching throbbing pain......cant get comfy laying standing, crouching, nearly anythign really lol ffs

    backs been that bad this week mate, havnt been training (take a lot for me to not train), as daft as this sounds.....it was loosening off last day or so, then this aft, shooting pains right down my leg.......im in bed now hence the water bottle, but tomoz as soon as im up al go walking or something....al look into yoga mate, i know its supposed to be good for relaxing muscles and stuff aint it, suppleness etc

    Yeah mate.

    I had back ache for a while from a mixture of my job and squats and deadlifts. Was killing me and could barely walk. Did yoga and ive not had back pain since.


    But I p 1ss like niagra falls
