Jeezus ! God give me patience ! Which part of the article where it said "the prosecution did not mention this during the bail hearing because they didn't want to alert his defense to their main line of prosecution" didn't you understand ? -

Doesn't matter anyway - he'll get off. That's how the law works when you can afford the best & pay people to perjure themselves.
I'm nervous about Everton tonight and I'm never usually .........I see a bunch of guys with nothing to lose fighting their hearts out against our jaded, demoralised, pampered and precious players who will jump into their sports cars afterwards and have a chat with their agent on the hands-free on the way home.
It's a matter of who wants it the most. And who loses their bottle. Could go either way.

we've proved most of this season we have no bottle.....any bit of pressure teams put on us and we collapse....
still should have enough tonight (but i get why your nervous)......but wigan won't be easy (they may be starting their annual second half of the season revival.....and Man Utd or City will murder us at wembley if we don't sort ourselves out quickly....
