can anyone on here honestly say if you felt like there was an intruder in your house, you wouldnt think to check to see where your family was? you wouldnt turn the lights on? you wouldnt call out to see if it was them in the bathroom? you would happily fire on a closed bathroom door with out knowing who was in there? after the first bullet hit the sound the person made you would know it was your wife,partner/girlfriend etc......then you fire 3 or 4 more times after the first one?........

sounds like a variation of pin the tail on the donkey.....only in the dark, with a gun.......

Like any self respecting man would do, would be to wake ya bird up and say listen think there is a robber will you go and check..

Jeeez so what, its bail, not the court case. He's not exactly gonna be getting away anywhere is he. So when the court case comes along then listen and see whats said then. Apparently a lot has been said so far in the media that has just not happened, so hold yer burgers err i mean horses, and wait, coz im sure the right verdict will be found on the evidence given from both parties then......

Gotta be said tho Sambo, if an intruder came into my house and i had received death threats prior to it not sure i would call out, "Diooooon is that you mate?", i'd be worried i'd be putting him in danger aswell as myself....

Who cares about him. Plenty of people making money from this. No one cares about the woman and her family.. Bloody circus over the last week. I don't know any facts, but if no one else was involved that night then he is guilty, guilty of being a jealous freak.

I'm confused - will he will still be tried for pre-meditated murder? And if so he's allowed out on bail because the prosecution didn't do their homework?

    Or am I missing something.

Have money = get away with murder. Add a shovel full of arrogance. And easy to see how he thought he would get away with it.

I feel for the family, what a beautiful kind human being she seems to have been. And their suffering will go on and on until his trial and beyond.

Seems the justice system is an **** the world over. All we can do is hope we don't end up like the Steenkamps and countless others before them.

The bail hearing has nothing to do with his guilt or innocence.

It is just to determine whether he is a risk of absconding before the trial.
