why can't I purchase tickets on the webshop?

    Arsenal V Everton is only available to customers who have purchased the correct pre-requisite products.this is what the screen saids when i want to checkout my bag for the game arsenal v everton. why is this? thanks!

    because you have to have a season ticket to buy away tickets unless the slim chance they go on general sale. 
    its saying you dont have the pre requisite so that says to me, you havnt been to a game all season and/or you dont have a season ticket.

    ive never been mate, but if we get to the cup final i think al get a ticket.
