it happens.  At least we aren't the red_shite.  They sold Tom Ince to Blackpool for next to nothing.. then they realized a year later what a mistake they made.  Tried to buy him back for £8m, but Blackpool told them to fuck_off!

Baines developed over a much longer time period though.  The RS can be somewhat forgiven for that.

Tom Ince is a complete different story though.  They let him go and only a year later he is magically this amazing player?  No.  He was talented when he was let go.. they are just gawd awful at identifying talent.  Hence the signings of Carroll, Downing, etc.

Im not denying the RS are probably one of the worst clubs in the transfer market ive ever seen and im not having a go at Everton either because this lad barely gets a look in for Wigan. But today he took his chance and if he carries on and gets more games he could be a handy player, if he does im sure we will get him back because hes an evertonian

Apparently gets so nervous for games he's picked to play he ends up being sh11te, they didnt tell him today until last minute. So hopefully after weve obliterated Oldham, he'll be told he's playing against us then the crowd will do the rest to him.....

I believe we wanted Ruddy to stay too? Could be wrong. Either way, I don't recall too many people saying we should drop Howard for Ruddy so we could increase his value.

Vaughan was an excellent prospect... great pace which is something we really lack up front.  He was just injured so often though.. that really stunted his growth as a player.

if vaughan can have a season or 2 free from injuries we will see him back in the prem. he was an excellent prospect and as stated lost so much time through injuries. cant see him not getting injured again tho
