I never had much pace - I have a long standing back injury from football and even before that I was slower than Davie Weir :D But I do 8 to 10 kilometers almost every session so I take the pace a lot easier than that. I do a local 10k on Easter Monday every year so I better get the pace up a bit soon and save humiliating myself :D
