    have just watched the video of him online, had to turn it off as it was so sad to see..he was one of the most exiting players i have ever seen and no matter who he played for i always enjoyed watching him. he was the heartbeat of the england teams that reached the semis in italia 90 and euro 96 and you could see every time he pulled on an england shirt how much it meant to him( wish a few players of today showed as much pride)..i wish him all the best and hope he sorts himself out..but its not looking good. :-(

    Sky sports have been talking about him and talking about the piece in the mirror and he has even pretty much written himself off, very sad. He didn't really do anything for us as a player but he wore the royal blue so he is one of ours in a small way and I hope the miracle he needs finds him

    He was a daft ape that the nation took to their hearts... he has psychological issues... he wouldn't choose to be like he is... it's a real shame... I'll admit it brought a tear to my eye watching that video...
