    Too many negative comments, we were never gunna get that Spanish player, still think fer would have been good but wasn't worth the risk for good money. However, as sambo has already said we do have a good squad, be it only small in comparison, there's no players that the team carry apart from Neville when he plays DM, RB or.....ok praps he's passed it but as I have said he's still a good leader. So lets get behind OUR team and push for CL! I'm sure a few of you will disagree but I don't care, were in the best position we've been in for a long long time. So f-uck all a pessimists and coyb!!

    IF we get lucky between noW and end of the season and dont get any injuries we will be fine.

    Chelsea have alsorts of problems on and off the field by the looks of it, and instead of looking behind us, i would be aiming to catch them.

    Spurs WILL struggle for goals, Defoe is injured and Adebayor has only scored 3 all season and is at the african nations for another week anyway AND have lost Sandro.

    Arsenal i don;t feel are capable of going on a run of games where they don't lose.

    Not interested in anyone further down as im confident everyone will stay fit for us now, and with that being the case we are too good to get caught for 5th definitely, so we only need to look up to 4th and 3rd as our finishing positions.

    well said sambo, i agree no need to look below 4th spot we will be finishing 4th or even 3rd as you said spurs are not going to score goals and arsenal are not the team they were with RVP

    I am pretty happy with the transfer window.  We identified a player, and agreed a deal without the media getting a sniff, then has the balls to call it off and look like idiots (to some) because he frankly wasn't worth the risk money-wise, and his team wouldn't amend the payment schedule accordingly.

    We kept our squad, bought a future prospect who was coveted by Champs league regulars, and are closer to the teams above than the teams below.
