another missed opportunity

    im not saying we wont get 4th but we needed to improve our chances of getting 4th and bring in a few fresh faces, the main reasons weve had good second half of the season in the past has been the players brought in in january. a few injuries and were struggling, lets face it we will only get 4/5 games out of gibson before hes out again and were back to having neville in the centre, if jelavic dont look like scoring were struggling for other goalscorers. players are looking tired and 2 fresh faces will make a massive difference, its not a case of me thinking were not good enough for 4th and if we can keep everyone free from injury and always have our best 11 out on the pitch then we have a chance, but lets face it thats not going to happen, really poor if we dont capitalise on our good position

    I expected at least a loan signing, always seems to be Moyes' bread and butter when the funds or targets dry up.. 2nd half of the season is always fruitful for Everton so regardless of what kind of transfer activity transpires I truly believe that our players will start clicking in a positive way like usual..

    Just goes to show the lack of ambition really ....we have the biggest of opportunitys to maybe even go for third but the board are to scared to take a risk i understand the club needs stability but sometimes you also need to take a chance...

    If we don't sign anyone it would make absolutely no sense what so ever. How can we have £9M one day and nothing the next?

    b'cos we havnt spent it, doesnt mean its not there, whats the point in spending it for the sake of it?
