    he needs a rest and sometimes the pressure of starting can be too much

    coming of the bench may be just what Jela needs

    i think its a good decision......takes abit of pressure of him, and when he comes on a second half sub, he'll be a bit fresher against tiring defenders......gives him a better chance of bagging a goal, which might give him some confidence....

    remember also, we have 3 games this week........
