Posts: 5,174January 28 could be what we need a quality centre mid, but tbh never heard of him, is he quality , could be another nyarko :)) so if we got 8 million to spend why didnt we go back for the belgium player with bruge? does moyes rate this lad better, friend said moyes has been after him for 3 years, only 22 who knows :)

Posts: 5,174January 28 Everton has agreed a deal with FC Twente for the transfer of Dutch international Leroy Fer.
The 23-year-old midfielder will now head to Merseyside to discuss personal terms and undergo a medical.
Fer started his career at Feyenoord before making the switch to Twente where he has made 29 appearances, scoring 10 goals.
An international team mate of Blues defender John Heitinga, he has made two full appearances for the Netherlands.
