    The hotel that Everton stayed at in Cheltenham was just around the corner from my work. So I had a wander down a few hours before the match. Turned out to be perfect timing as the Everton players were milling about by the bus. Ended up having a brief chat with all the players (and Moyes!) as they boarded the bus plus got autographs and photos. Was literally on a high for the next week. Will die happy!

    Better for me to say who i havent met really, as i have a habit of meeting and talking to all ex and present players. However the one that kept by passing me even though i'd been close by him was my hero Alan Ball, for one reason or another even though i was by him i never got to speak to him.
