did you watch it? what a major downer he is talking about how we are lucky not to be in a relegation fight as we have been in the past what a tool. i watched it and i knew we were going to preform bad tonight. **** negative **** spoilt the game for me before i even watched it.

It's Moyes blowing his own trumpet again!!!

Look what I have done, working miracles year by year blah blah blah

But saying that if you was our manager and looked at your midfield with Osman, Neville and Naismith in there, I think you would be depressed and happy that we ate not in the bottom three lol.

Rumour has it Evertonfc officials could clinch the signing of Capoue over the weekend and Moyes is rightly sulking.

He'll be happy again now Mirralas is back and Gibbo retuning for the Villa game = Strongest Team Available

compared to the new Southampton coach who was in constant contact with his players on the pitch Moyes looked like a spring hare in a spotlight again - the eyes just get bigger the longer the match goes -
we were tactically outplayed by a team much weaker than us on paper - again

To be fair, Moyes talks with humility and consideration. By which I mean that when we play at home he talks about us and generally not about the opposing team other than to be positive in a fairly polite and unsurprising kind of way. Lip service.

When playing away from home, in front of another clubs management, back room staff and TV personnel. He does tent to tailor his thoughts to that of the our hosts. I haven't seen the interview but I'd take a wild guess that it came from a position of being respectful to both the outgoing and incoming managers while underlining the point that there are more premiership established clubs than southampton trying to avoid relegation.... which is to say that he is hinting that the board may have been a bit mental here, and offering some thought to Nigel Adkins.

Manners can be a bit boring in football. But still, I'm glad Moyes has a fine set of them.

He speaks not a single word of English, he may as well have been a fan gesticulating for them to hit it long, engage your brain man.
