Blackburn and Newcastle.
Although to be fair, if you aren't a fan of either you could argue that they have worked out to be great entertainment.

Posts: 3,190January 16 Depends what you mean as in "Not Working"To be fair most clubs mentioned above has spent money and are still spending, pompey is the only one i think that has been a disaster and basically folded the club... Not sure what the current financial status of each club is, but Portsmouth is the only club that has had a disastrous outcome.I think John Henry is a very good solid owner, if you know about him and what he has achieved so far with other sporting teams e.g red soxI think we do these threads sometime just to make ourselves feel better... Moyes again is working wonders, the majority of fans will soon turn if an when Moyes leaves, its only a matter of time till we are in mid table again, mark my words.... It sounds negative, but I still feel the same as I did a few years back, kenwright and the board are the wrong people for the club... Its great now as everything is going our way, we are all dancing in our very own field of daises and we are buming each other as all is grand and sexy.... Our stadium, finances will soon catch up with us and where will we be then? this is inevitable and NO ONE can argue against it, if you do, your one deluded SON OF A BITCH!

I'm gauging success along the lines of other clubs that have had takeovers mate, Chelsea, Man City being the 2 that obviously spring to mind.....The point of the post is, that money and takeovers don't always = success.Granted things could change in a year 2 or 5 years time.....but at the 2 clubs ive mentioned, it was more or less instant success..... -

Yes, but thats like saying the same about Blackburn when jack walker did a great job, not really fair that one, things will change and look at where balckburn are now, walker did all he could, but it wasnt his falut for the dmiese ... And i think your talking about one old manager that had beef with teh chairman... Well, chelsea would be fuckked then hahaha -
