balls.........gonna be a rough day for the poor staff explaining to angry customers that there's nothing they can do about it.....
wouldn't mind but i knew HMV was in trouble, so i should have used my voucher straight away, but was waiting for them to stock up on the Entourage box set.....thought they'd atleast survive through the january sales... -

Bought them on 8th Dec'.& on the receipt it said you had 21 days from purchase to receive full refund.
Obv' well over 30 days & when I asked to speak to the manager when some 11 year old offered me vouchers,he said 'Go on then,I'll put it back on your debit card'
May be he knew what was coming?
Got me £55 back in stead of a worthless voucher.

Well I submitted an online order last Friday for the wife for something I couldn't get on Amazon - the _cunts better honour that!

erm yer they will.... You may find that you now become an unsecured creditor in the matter and will have to write to adminsitrators stating ya claim. that will be deffo case with the vouchers, lets hope ya order got in on time!! -

They've said they won't be honouring vouchers whilst in admin... and it's unlikely any purchaser is going to want to honour them...
Beans, you should be fine as you ordered before they went into admin... unless they haven't dispatched yer item... in which case line up with the rest of the unsecured creditors... mind you... if there's a sticky label on the item you ordered with your name on it... you could say the item is yours and they must release it...

As of now HMV are not accepting vouchers.....this might change in time, but its unlikely.......
