i've been to nearly every game since we signed jelavic and i've NEVER once seen him start/stick on the left or right wing for that matter so what the fkk are you lot on about ...moyes starting jela on the wing FFS !!

    -----------------

your reading of posts is as bad as your reading of everton games nobody said he starts on the wing but he drifts out on the left all the_fucking time you big charlatan

    He's running the line.

Its gotta be easier staying on side when your running across defenders as opposed to standing in the D waiting for the hoof.

running away from the goal and taking yourself out of goalscoring positions  to stay onside even though you're out of the game on the left wing erm ok but it doesn't work he killed saha doing and now hes killing jelavic for this_shitty system

You dont see Van Persie on the touchline do ya, theres no valid reason why our lone striker should be on the wing so much especially when we have two full backs who like to bomb forward and can put a decent ball in

DM ain't gona play 2 up top, never has.

    So move on.

The 1 striker he does chose, currently jeli, cos we've not got any other options,is required to 'run the line' to allow balls to come out wide & midfielders to join in attack.

When we have possession in opposition half, jeli is NEVER out wide.Only when we're building play from back.

Our system has degenerated lately.Agreed. Felli knocking long punts down to jeli, who's best position to receive said knock downs is flying in from the flanks,to stay on side.

Keep the ball on the deck.Jeli plays better.

Jelavic isnt quick enough to be running in from the left side players like sturridge and sinclair could do it but jelavic cant the fact is its a flawed system because he can't get into the box quick enough from where he is

Whats so_fucking hard in playing your best striker in his best position? Keep him up top and pienaar on the left_fucking hell how does davey justify his 75k a week when he has a track record of killing strikers careers

4-3-3 is what I would play, pienaar and (when fit) mirallas either side of Jelavic, then he really shouldnt be goin on the feckin wings. Ossie gibbo and felli behind them. Not ard like

haha it happens sometimes but only when vic plays ... vic gets pushed up in the middle in the course of play to bully the defense sometimes and jela then pushes out left

so when you say ...and i qoute.."moyes sticking jelavic out on the left wing every-**** game wont help" ...your not blaming moyes for sticking/starting with jela on the wings.....ye thickcunt !!!!

Has to be said youre the one using the word Starting, Tone hasnt, and the fact is if you go to the game KHL you will know he spends so much time on the flanks its no wonder he doesnt score. As others have said in this thread....

i agree he drifts out there... to get involved..(too much too.)...but moyes "doesn't stick him out there"... he naturally does it. looking for the ball...

the statement was "moyes sticking jelavic out on the left wing every-**** game wont help" intonates that moyes starts/sticks with him out there..he doesn't.......simples......

Well in that case why hasnt Moyes dropped him for doing what he does naturally instead of doing what Moyes wants. I think the answer there then is, he is doing what Moyes wants, to the letter, and why he isnt dropped.

i very much doubt it..does he drop fellaini for going forward when he plays him defensive midfielder ?

does he drop jagielka when he passes the ball across field 40 yeards and it goes to one of theior players?

does he drop baines when he gets caught out of position upfield or doesn't cut a cross out ?

does he drop neville ....well for being neville..?

Do you really think Moyes tells jelavic..."ok nic boy.... you're our centre forward but i want you to play on the wings as much as possible..." FFS..
