Few points with regards today's game......

Swansea are the most horrible cheating, dirty team i've ever had the unprivilege of watching live. If that's how Michael Laudrup want's his team's to play, i would never want him managing us.

We lack creativity in the final third because Fellaini is not an attacking midfielder.....it works in 1 game in about 4 (if that). If it were me, i would be having somebody play there that has the skills to 'unlock' the door and imo Fellaini is not that type of player. Yes he has scored a few, but i think it does very little for Jelavic him playing in that position, we need either a really creative player there OR a Timmy Cahill type player that is selfishly going to run and pull defenders left right and centre to create space for Jelly to score, but some one that is going to chip in with a few goals as well. Again, Felli isn';t either of those players....He is a defensive midfielder, he has said as much and that's where he wants to play. So if we are not going to utilise him to the BEST of his ability, maybe it is time we cash in and bring in the sort of player that we need to play in the position he is doing...??

Final point, i thought we played really well today considering Swansea's boringly frustrating tactic to nullify the game. Just one of those days when the ball wouldn't go in the net......or, as i've said, we are lacking that player that plays behind the striker that is going to make those 'killer' chances.

I agree with you Sam, but have to say there was a few not firing on all cylinders today. As ive said in another thread, the best threat today was Coleman, and we didnt capatalise on it enough. Too many times Neville then Naismith ignored him in their obsession to get the ball to Pienaar and Baines and they were not on their games today. Anichebe just didnt know what his role was and didnt really help out Coleman or the strikers much. There again we made enough chances to win comfortably today, it was just frustrating.
What happened H/T, couldnt find ya like ?

Yeah sorry about that mate, my apologies, think we stood in the wrong place....... :(

Really good to see you and Dion again! Always manage to get a good laugh and banter going!

Definitely made enough chances to win the game........wasn't using felli as a scape goat though, i mean it for every game in that regards......and yes, Coleman was ignored and it was so frustrating, EVERYTHING wanted to come down the left for Baines and Pienaar and it was obvious from 50 minutes in it wasn;t working, partly due to Swansea crowding the play out on that side.....which then left Coleman with plenty of space but we never utilised it, so frustrating!
