Posts: 30January 10 Breaking new here is that Everton FC’s prodigious goalscoring attacking midfielder Marouanne Fellaini could tomorrow report an ‘injury ‘which will keep him out of Saturday’s Premier League clash with Swansea City.
Fellaini (25) is the subject of heavy transfer speculation given the revelation of a buy out clause within his contract rumoured to be north of £22m (€27.1m). His injury will not deter either Chelsea FC or more likely Manchester United from securing his services at the beginning of next week.
It is thought that Everton are frantically scouring the market for replacements for Fellaini but will not risk their prize asset at the weekend. The Belgian’s last minute goal in the FA cup encounter against Cheltenham earlier this week could well be his last celebration in front of the Everton faithful.
