is it me, or does this lad seem really pleased to have joined us? Its like he is absorbing everything everton. This can only bode well with us signing his permanent next summer which, I really really hope happens. he is such a good player, better than N'zogbia and could prove to be a classic moyes signing

got agree there, dont get me wrong roy looked good when he came on and he was the same for the reserves against villa .but n'zogbia has done it in the prem for years. the proof will be in the pudding, i can see him played more and more as he gets fitter and from the brief glimpse of him the future looks a bit brighter than it did on friday

seriously Luke, hes better. ive known about him for ages, and im a big fan of Dutch football. i watched him in the 2007 u21 Euro champs and the Olympics the following year, the lad is mustard, its just that real madrid fooked his career up.
i stand my point that he is better than n'zogbia and trust me lad, you will agree very soon!

people forgetting that drenthe is here on loan, and his contract is up at the end of the season.  meaning if he plays well enough, a few Champions league team might offer him a pre contract in january.

and the other thing with drenthe, everything is good as long as he is playing well, but he has had issues off the field

This guy  will be everton through and through.
with vellios, they could make a good combination.

My lass knows nothing about football, and she said after the game on sat, that little black guy looks happy to be playing for Everton......coming from someone with no interest really in football, and just looking at somebodies body language and demeanor, i would say the guy is happy to be at Everton and theres no reason why he cannot become a really good player for us, lets keep our fingers crossed and hope :)

I hope he stays, I hope he signed a pre contract agreement in Jan.

I think he's happy to be in the premier league and getting a game...even more so scoring and getting noticed.
