everyone seems to think that im takin a personal swing at naismith ... remove emotion from this ... i do not think he is good enough to start ... i dont think he is a bad person or dislike him as a person but that doesnt mean that i wont say that he should be on the bench for the better of the team

i feel i have seen enough of his game to know that his poor first touch out on the wing wont get better played in the middle where there is less time and space ... he just isnt composed or technical enough for the middle (in the prem league)

but you just implied i thought it was naismith's fault oviedo wasnt playing like i was looking at naismith and saying "stop makin yerself available you tw_at oviedo is better than you!" haha but yes it is all just opinion i realize this but isnt it fun to debate opinion ... even if there is no ground given on either side i still enough a good argument

so why would you want to play a predominantly left sided player (and main position being LB) over on the right side of midfield?? -
Posts: 3,108January 4 Moyes likes workers, but I agree, Naismith has played much better than he did against Newcastle... I felt the pitch was too big, even for Peanuts sometimes, you needed pace against the newcs fukwits... Time will tell, he has been here 5 months, lets see how he gets on till end of season... who knows, look what happened to Beckford, first chance of money and Moyes sold him.

because he has the technical ability to play anywhere across the 3 of the attacking midfielders we have although probably not composed or intelligent enough to play in the middle he could do a job for us as he can beat for pace down the line and play with both feet or cut inside to have a pop

which i was quite happy when we got that for him and hope that IF naismith doesnt eventually come good we can get a fee for him that offsets a lot of the money spent on his wages

your head is full of magic pal, cos he has shown NOTHING in the bits of time he has got on the pitch to show he is capable of that.My opinion is, you are looking for a debate on some thing that shouldn;t even be made available to debate, as it makes no sense or footballing sense what so ever.You just said, he could play across anywhere of the 3 attacking midfielders, so that would be, the left, the right OR THE MIDDLE......then you go on to say that he probably isnt composed or intelligent enough to play in the middle.Honestly, didn't you say you have done some or do some kind of coaching?? I 'd honestly ask KoolHandLuke for some tips on how to do it if that's the case, as i dread to think what kind of magic you are trying to fill people's heads with. -

are you talkin naismith now? if so then yes but i direct you towards my comment to you previously where imply that playing cf or st in the scottish league is different to playing it in the prem league

playing LB (oviedo) in the danish league, is very different to playing LB or LW in the premier league (just in case you didn't know like) -

sorry, explain to me where i have said anything about Naismith's crossing ability? And to suggest somebody that can swing a ball in from the left with his left foot than he would do on the right with his left foot is your good self imagining in your head he could do that..... -

quite correct good sir but of the games played i feel as though oviedo as a player does better in the position that naismith is currently holding down

never said you had ... if you read my comments carefully it implies that you are making your judgements from a similar place to me but that i feel as though crossing is a very important trait for that position and that oviedo trumps naismith in that regard

quite a few ... in the recent games besides chelsea where he played the opposite side he comes on to play there
