He sounds grounded at least, he doesn't think he's arrived yet and has the awareness to realise what was good enough at Bradford, won't cut it in the top flight. Hopefully that means he's working his butt off to ensure he gets to the required level and beyond.

I'm not expecting the next Scholes, but if he gets anywhere near that level he'll be good enough. He's got very good players to learn from at least.

This kid will live up to the hype. He'll be better better than Rodwell and Barkley ever could be.

heard same about rodwell will be next england centre half next best thing etc etc, barkley going to be better than rooney next best thing in english football etc etc, lets say fk all anymore and hopefully be suprised, i think we put to much pressure on our young players and if they have got the mental strength then they struggle

Loads of clubs, including all 20 clubs in the Premiership wanted to sign him from Bradford. He scored a hat-trick in a trial game for Spurs. He's scored for the England U16s and U17s. He will be class.

Seamus,in an interview after sighing his new deal, said some players are born gifted but I'm not one of them.I've got to work really hard to get to a decent level.

Great bit of honesty & a good message to all these young kids who believe the hype.
