Just been looking at the odds of the next UTD manager and Moyes is second favourite....behind Guardiola....Guardiola is out of contract and Moyes only got 5 months left so is it that far fetched that they would offer him the job....Theres no way he could turn it down if they did....THOUGHTS????

Moyes to United is highly unlikely, he doesn't have the CV for the job.

The only possibility I could see is if he went to work under AF for a couple of years.

Moyes has done a great job for Everton.  He has done nothing to prove he could manage a club like Man U.

I heard a rumour that the utd board are very favourable towards Moyes....they like the way he does things....and proven in the prem....in all honesty how big could the list of contenders be?

should moyes go, and i hope he doesnt..how do you think he would fair in the transfer market with fortunes to spend?..he would have unlimited funds (with in reason)..he has found bargains for us in the past and got good players on the cheap, i think the only bad buy he has made was that billybob chap from russia..mind you even fergie has made some bad ones..veron anyone??

Moyes' problem would be the fans.......if united start slowly with Ferguson, the fans have patience.....if united don't win a trophy this season, the fans have patience, because fergie's won so much...

If Moyes got the job......he'd have to get off to a flyer....if he won no trophies first season, the fans would want him out "what's he ever won?!" , "he never should have got the job".......

the first guy after Fergie has a tough job....

SAF said today he isn't retiring any time soon.

If it's Ferguson's decision, Moyes gets the job. Simple as that.

What's more, I think Moyes already knows if he's getting the job and when

I think if they win the league this year, he might go.......if they won the champs league, he'll definitely go......

He'll want to go out on top, not second best to Man City

Course he's gonna say that. Last time he said he was going, the team stopped playing for him

According to this, Fergie reckons he's got another two or three years to go, so no need for concern at the moment.

I like Moyes. I hope he does not go to manure. It would take the gloss off hating them. With Ferguson there, they are perfect.

    Moyes isn't a sentimentalist.

10 years & is legacy is of improvement & stability.

He won't go for the money (he's on proper wedge at us)

He may go for the kudos, who wouldn't,if offered?

One things for sure.He nor any one else will emulate SAF.

Once he's gone, there turn is over.

agreed....i think the reason Ferguson has been losing his rag so much lately is because he's desperate to win one more league this year, and then step aside...... Perfect end to a perfect career.....most managers eventually outstay their welcome....very few go out as a champion. ..

Why would any manager want to take over a club like Man U? You can only fail. Moyes does best staying with Everton.
