    Woke up Thursday with a sore throat that turned into some green snot producing disease only started to feel half normal today like

    Its the green/grey snot/golly ,you've gotta get rid of.

    Don't swallow & let it sit in your lungs.

    The cough lasts 3 weeks on av.

    You get used to it.

    Try some 'Manuka Honey'

    Horrible to get down but soothing & full of nutures goodies GWS.

    Poo is still solid yet pains like I've had a visit from Fred the Weather. Vom rising all the time and a distinct feeling that I need to put on a jumper.

    Nope, none of them. Had Dominos pizza last night and a load of chicken wings. Everyone else fine.

    I hope you haven't started horse flu, we've had mad cow disease,bird and pig flu, sars.

    Maybe you need putting into quarantine?

    Yeah. Think its just a bit of a bug. I handle a lot ofshitty things, possible I didn't wash my hands properly or something. I put horseshit in my mouth by accident one day.
